Vendors

Photos of your booth as it is operated ARE REQUIRED with application. Advertising outside of the contracted space is prohibited.

Each vendor is required to have a Certificate of Insurance showing a Comprehensive General Liability policy.

Deposit: There is a refundable deposit of $125 due at the time of the application that must be paid. Deposits will only be refunded if the vendors meet all requirements stated in the 2023 Mesa County Fair Information and Regulations brochure. No application will be accepted without the deposit.

Rates: booths spaces fees are $425. Booth fees include electrical. If you have special electrical requirements there could be an additional charge.

Vendor may choose to be set up for 3 days (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday) or 5 days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday). Set up times will be limited to 2 hours before Fair opens for those who choose 3 days and the price is the same.

I have read and understand the Mesa County Fair Information and Regulations brochure and any additional information attached. I understand that this form is an application to participate as a vendor only and is neither a commitment by the applicant nor an offer by the Mesa County Fair to rent booth space. I certify all information contained in this application to be true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
